Book your tickets in advance to avoid waiting times at the exhibition box office. For a relaxed exhibition experience in a quiet atmosphere we recommend you to plan your visit for afternoon hours. Best availability is daily from 2pm on.

What is a Time-Slot-Ticket?

Every ticket is valid for a certain time, in which you can access the exhibit. It is up to you to choose your preferred slot while proceeding with the booking (online, by telephone or at the box office). "Time-Slot-Tickets" are necessary to avoid long queues at the entrance and to let you stroll along in a pleasant atmosphere. In any case, already purchased tickets keep their validity for the booked day –just in case you arrive earlier or later than your “Time Slot”. You are anyway welcome to enter the exhibit, the only disadvantage might be some waiting time. Once you have entered the exhibit you can – within the opening hours –stay as long as you want.
